Leila Lufti

Graphic designer
Digital designer Leila is our visual expert with 15 years professional design experience gained at various agencies.

I’ve been a graphic designer for over 15 years since graduating from Nottingham Trent University, and have worked at several high profile agencies, as well as freelancing.

Design is my passion and I love producing visually impactful and engaging designs that are not only functional but enhance the user’s experience. Over my career I have had the opportunity to work on rebranding a variety of well known national and international businesses.

I use my experience and industry knowledge to support brand awareness for both Motive and our clients. Motive is a great company to work for and I feel valued and encouraged to grow as a designer. There is a lot of talent within this agency and it feels great to be part of that.

Outside of work I like to break away from the screen and visit art and design exhibitions across different cities.
