We’ve had a fantastic start to 2021 with several new clients coming on board for a taste of the Motive magic! Now we need some new talent to help us meet demand for our services.
There’s never been a more exciting time to join the agency. Just over a year ago we completed a total rebrand and relaunched with a new focus on digital PR and content marketing. Since then we’ve been flying (even in the face of a global pandemic) with new clients coming on board every month.
We’re really proud of the work we do and it’s getting us noticed in the industry. We’ve already won a bunch of awards including our first ever European Content Award putting us right up there with the very best content marketing agencies in Europe.
Culturally it’s all about the people and we have a lovely team of supportive humans plus a super cute dog. We all get a buzz out of doing great work but we also have fun together both in and out of work hours.
Current Vacancies
Right now we are specifically looking for ambitious PR execs with one or two years agency experience to take up senior PR exec roles but we aren’t limited to that. We also need managers and we want to hear from professionals at any stage of their PR career who want to join an agency that’s going places and where there’s room for career development.
We will show you how to be a big hitter. Everyone who works here learns how to write and pitch at a national news level. That’s why we achieve so much for clients. Last year we averaged 134 items of coverage and 102 backlinks per client per month – all high authority, earned editorial links.
